I have over 20 years experience in Martial Arts training and 10 years experience teaching. I have experience with teaching children and group classes, as well as one on one private lessons. Martial Arts, Taoist and Buddhist practices have been my passion since I was a child. I have coached young competitors in Wushu who have won medals in Tournaments. My style is a blend of what all my teachers have passed on to me and is very unique in that sense. I personalize how I teach to the individual. What works for one does not always work for another. Expect to learn a combination of Wushu, Wing Chun, Qi Gong, Kickboxing/San Shou and Jujitsu style self defense. A full class includes conditioning, forms, technique application, meditation, breathing exercises, yoga, tai chi and core principles lesson.
I love and live Martial Arts. It is a great passion of mine. I love teaching and helping students reach their personal goals and exceed them. I love helping students push beyond their limitations and attaining success in well being through Kung Fu Wushu training.

I take each student, no matter level of previous experience, through fundamentals. I work at the pace that is suitable for the student. Usually there is time dedicated to conditioning, drills, techniques, application of techniques and postural integration and body mechanics. I explain each activity and make sure the student understands what he or she is doing and why and demonstrate the proper form of executing the given activity.
I completed 2 years at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. More than 8 years personal training in Wing Chun Kung Fu. 10 years training in Wushu, Tai Chi, Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, Jujitsu and Shaolin Kung Fu. Training in Qi Gong, Yoga, I Liq Chuan.

After years of training in Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing, Wushu, Tai Chi Chuan and Wing Chun I started teaching at Jing Institute of Chinese Martial Arts and Culture in San Diego, CA.
I have worked with students of all ages, from little children 5 years and up, to teenagers, to young men and women and adults well into middle age and older. I have worked with people looking to learn more of the self defense aspect of Martial Arts, as well as those wanting to compete and people simply looking to improve their health.
