I used to work fitness instructor for 7 years,then I moved to USA and fall in love with yoga!I got my yoga certificate RYT-200 in June 2017. I am qualified in many types of Yoga; including Gentle, Vinyasa Flow, Power Flow,Yoga nidra. Enjoys inspiring others to improve overall health and wellness, while supporting long-term fitness goals.
