About
I focus on proper form and technique first and foremost. I can coach you if you're looking to be healthier, if you want to build self esteem. I can help you if you want to compete at some point.
If you want to learn some self defense, I can do that too.
I don't focus on just boxing, building strength, balance, are also all part of the workouts.
I like to add in different exercises each time to keep it fresh and fun.
I enjoy working with students of all abilities and ages. Watching someone I work with progress and learn is my motivation, and making the workouts enjoyable along the way.

I take things slow to work on proper techniques first. Slower paces at first and slowly pick up the pace as people get better and more confident and comfortable.

I have been training, coaching, sparring for over 8 years. I'm also a NASM Coaching specialist and a NASM Certified nutrition coach.

$50 per 1 on 1 session.
Bring a friend or family member to workout and it's $25 per person.
All workouts are an hour long. If they run a bit longer, it's no extra cost.
All personal sessions, come with nutrition coaching included.
If its nutrition coaching you're interested in, those are $35 stand alone. Includes 24/7 support by me with any nutrition questions, those can be submitted via email or text/call.
How did you get started teaching?
Working with people at the gym I train at. I started being asked for lessons by patrons, people loved those sessions, so I continued doing it.

Beginners and novices, some with knowledge of the sport.

Be honest if you have any questions or any physical issues that may keep you from performing.

Honesty and being open, ask questions if you don't understand the lessons. I have no problems going over the skills often.
