What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Make sure to always be honest with your teachers about any injuries or limitations you may have. As a yoga teacher, it is my job to come up with modifications for you to be able to reach your fullest expression of each asana (pose) - but I can't do that if I don't know about them!
