With a heavy emphasis on the mental approach to the game, my goal is to provide young men and women of all levels and development with the mental, emotional, and physical tools to excel in baseball/softball and life. I provide skills based training for every aspect of the game, as well as strength training using my extensive knowledge as a certified trainer and experience training as an elite athlete for my entire career. Strength training is not limited to advanced or older athletes, and it is just as important to me that I serve as a healthy and safe introduction into weight lifting for younger athletes as well. Whether you are an athlete looking to take your game to the next level mentally and physically, or someone who just wants to get in shape and make a lifestyle change, I am here to provide guidance, support, care, motivation, and hands on training for all of it.
