What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For all of our new potential members, we go over some workout goals, whatever you are looking to accomplish. We go over exactly how to get you going towards that goal. Go over what you should be doing and what you shouldn't be doing . We also go over nutritional tips as well. We then go through an assessment workout to see how your body reacts to different types of movement so we can get you with correct training and build a custom program that is right for you.
