About
Hello! My name is Kaylee (E-RYT 200), and I have been teaching yoga for 5 years. I practice and teach based on a vinyasa style flow, however have experience teaching chair yoga, kids yoga, mindfulness meditation, as well as slow-power flows for beginnger, moderate, and advanced levels, and have experience with working with all age groups. I truly believe that yoga is for every body. While yoga can be and is a great exercise for many, I feel that the benefits extend much further into our mental functioning and wellness. With the chaos and fast lives that we live, we could all benefit from taking an hour, a minute, a moment to tune into our internal landscape.
As a yoga teacher, my goal is to provide an inclusive environment where individuals can make a conscious shift to the present, cultivating energy and mindfulness through the connection of breath and movement.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My initial goal in working with a new student is to learn more about their personal goals, needs, and wants within the practice. I always ask about any physical injuries or conditions that they are comfortable sharing with me, and determine how I can best provide them with the best service for their personal needs.
