About
My Yoga classes are much more than an hour long exercise class. I strive to create an experience for each of my students, depending on what they are in need of. My students take the techniques they learned on their mat, out into their everyday life. Finding more peace, flexibility, mental and physical strength, and proper breathing.
I enjoy seeing the shift in my students, from when they enter the room compared to when they leave. Most of us are spending our lives go go go. When we take the opportunity to pause and be mindful, AMAZING things happen. Stress can surface and be lifted, body awareness increases, mind and breath control are accessible. I am always so excited to be a part of my students first steps into rediscovering who they are.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new student I will first figure out your goals. I will understand what your expectations are of me and I will share my expectations of you. Once clear communication has been reached we will start off with the basics of yoga. This includes poses, breathing, and mindfulness. From there you, the student, can decide where you want to focus for the sessions to follow.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor. I am CPR/AED/First Aid certified. I am a Yoga Trade member which allows me to travel the world while teaching yoga. I have worked with beginners to advanced, athletes, children to elderly. My class styles range from restorative, vinyasa, hatha, yin, desk yoga, paddle board yoga, and acro yoga.
