About
Currently, due to the Coronavirus I am offering remote training both online and/or over the phone. Many of my clients has switched to online via, Duo, Skype, WhatsApp and Zoom.
I am a Fitness Coach since 2005 with a passion for helping my clients to obtain their health and fitness goals. I hold national accredited certifications, for personal training, group instruction, sports conditioning, nutrition, to injury prevention and weight loss. And have had the pleasure over the years of training over 350 clients who are now friends.
All workouts, menus are customize to meet not only the needs of my clients, but to be adaptable to their lifestyle. I create customized diet/exercise programs specific to your fitness goals, lifestyle and fitness level. Whether you want to lose 10-20 lbs or more, want to get stronger, leaner and healthier, want to add muscle and burn fat...whatever your goals might be, together we can accomplish them, surpass them, and create the body you have always wanted and desired.
