Grow Into Change Yoga
About
As a mental health provider and yoga instructor I bring both mindfulness and healing to the practice of yoga. I have worked as a qualified mental health professional for over six years, and have practiced yoga for thirteen years. Understanding the benefits of meditation and yoga for mental health led me to becoming a yoga instructor. I focus on Hatha and Yin Yoga. It is with my purest intentions that you experience deep relaxation from my sessions. Thank you for choosing me as your instructor.
What I enjoy about the work I do is that my clients are able to report immediate results and benefits after a session.
