I can teach multiple subjects and skills, of a variety. I can teach basic fundamentals of kickboxing/self defense skills. I also am able to teach Spanish, English, and Earth Science courses.
I enjoy seeing the connection people make when they understand something. I enjoy when the student builds confidence in the subject.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I get to know the student, and understand their needs in the course.
Anwser any questions they might have, and make sure they understand how to approach the question to get the anwser.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I can teach Spanish pronunciation, grammar, and teach reading and writing. I am a native Spanish speaker.
I also can teach basic geology/earth science courses, currently finishing up my Geoscience Bachelor's of Science degree.
I also am able to teach basic fundamentals of kickboxing/self-defense. I have 6 years of experience. I have taught kids and adults kickboxing for 2 years.

Standard Pricing:
$25.00 per/hr for Spanish & English Tutoring
$25.00 per/hr for Geoscience/Earth Science Tutoring
$30 per kickboxing session of 45 minutes
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching students English, Spanish and elementary Math starting in elementary schools.
I later moved to teaching kickboxing at a gym for young kids ranging ages of 6-12 years old, and then assisting adults in the kickboxing classes too.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with elementary students grades.
I am also comfortable in teaching high school/basic Spanish. I took Spanish 1,2,3, and 4 at all advanced levels.
I have worked with kids ages 6-12 in kickboxing, and adults.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure the tutor can adapt to your learning style. Get to know how the tutor teaches. Make sure its a good fit.
