About
My niche is an emphasis on endurance, fat loss, strength and conditioning, and conditioning the body to become metabolically strong. I have fun with my clients and develop strong relationships. I care a lot about all my clients and their well being. I work with seniors, athletes, weight gain, weight loss, and maintenance clients. I also include nutrition coaching which is an integral part of healthy habit building.
It’s personable and very rewarding, especially if the person you train and coach becomes fully invested in their health.
