About
I offer strength an conditioning to athletes specializing in Football, Baseball & Soccer. Due to the current situation. I have moved my training online. This does not affect training. We have a portal that has your workouts for the week on it. And I continuously update your plan to guarantee progress.
in this plan you are still giving nutrition and flexibility training as well as speech training exercises.
Due to the change in venue. I have changed the price monthly to $150 a month.
we can also set up meetings weekly over zoom or FaceTime to continue to make sure we are making progress and have weekly updates on what movements are working and not working and if you have any pain or soreness going on.
I enjoy seeing dreams come true. I know how hard it is to get to the next level I also know I can help you in many ways. And it’s going to be hard work but in the end when you are hopefully signing that letter of intent you will be happy you did make the choice.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The typical process works in a simple online format. I give you workouts three - four days a week with to speed/conditioning workouts. These workouts are giving out weekly and updated weekly as well so that you are guaranteed progress and improvement. Each week we go over nutrition and I build you a simple plan to go off of at the first meeting and we continuously kind of update it to make sure it is hitting every need during the nutrition I also give you possible supplements to use that can help.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Paychology and Sports Nutrition at TCU, I currently work as a Strength and Cconditioning coach at University of Cincinnati.
I can help in multiple sports, Football, Baseball, Soccer, Hockey & Fighting (Boxing and MMA)
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My standard price is not by lesson it is by month which is $250 a month.
How did you get started teaching?
I got interested in teaching when I was in high school and I tore my ACL and watching the trainers that I had to work with will be back up getting stronger getting me faster that's when I fell in love with this and I don't wanna see anybody have to go through an injury if they don't have to. Obviously injuries are part of the game and we can 100% guarantee that you will never face one but we can make sure your body is well-trained and flexible to help prevent injuries as best as possible.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've mainly worked with football and soccer athletes their training is more similar than people think outside of certain things soccer is more lower body focused football is more all-around focused. I haven't yet worked with the baseball player but I do have a perfect plan for baseball athletes.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I believe you should make sure you find someone who is passionate about teaching and you understand each and every aspect of training from injury rehab to strength and conditioning and growth. I think another thing is people have to enjoy getting to know people and helping people see their dreams come true and that's exactly what I love to do.
