About
I love to help others connect to their inner strength and inner peace. I have experience teaching private lessons, group lessons, prenatal, postnatal, baby & me, kids of all ages, adults, seniors, families, birthday parties and events.
I enjoy helping others to find their joy. Experiencing others releasing their stress and discovering their joy through yoga is amazing! In return, it brings me peace to learn so much from my clients.
I am dedicated to helping others find their strength to persevere through whatever challenge they are facing. After yoga helped me through anxiety and depression, I had a passion to share it with others.
My 200 hr certification was through the Dallas Yoga Center in 2013. Since then, I have accomplished trainings for kids with Special needs, prenatal, Antigravity Fitness and kids yoga. I currently teach private sessions, teach children out of a kids yoga studio and any event I can get my hands on.

How did you get started teaching?
I decided to share with others what helped me. I first began by assisting teachers. Then, gained the confidence to teach on my own.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with ALL ages. I specialize in prenatal, postnatal, baby & me, kids of all ages, adults, seniors, families, training of teachers for kids yoga and special needs.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently taught an Athleta event for families where I led the family yoga for the participants. I had a fantastic time!!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure the teacher you're inquiring about has compassion towards their students. It's important for you to feel cared for. You want to be sure they are able to provide what you are needing. Not every yoga teacher will be a match. And know your "why". Why do you want to start this inward and outward journey? This will give you purpose to follow through and receive benefits.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
