About
I have been practicing yoga for 25 years and teaching for the last 17. I completed my first 200 hour training with Baron Baptiste, focusing on power vinyasa, and a second 200 hour (later, 300 more!) with Jonny Kest, who leads his trainings with a foundation in Ashtanga yoga. I have assisted and led multiple yoga teacher trainings nationwide, presented at national conferences and have had the opportunity to teach yoga internationally.
Private sessions allow you to dive deeper into your current yoga practice, whether you are brand new or an experienced yogi. Focus is on the alignment that serves your body best and awareness of breath.
Yoga has been life changing for me on many levels - physical, emotional and spiritual. One big lesson has simply been awareness - realizing how often I have lived my life on autopilot and how I can utilize the breath and the practice to be more grounded, more present. I love sharing the practice with others, as it allows me to continue learning, connecting and to be a part of growing community.
