I have a love for health in body, mind and spirit. I have danced professionally and studied dance most of my life. Yoga and pilates have been a weekly part of my training throughout the years.
I studied in Rishikesh, India in August of 2018 and received 60 hours of yoga alliance certification. My focus in India was Hatha and Ashtanga techniques. I was hired by Lifetime Fitness to teach in their yoga program in November of 2018. I have been a member at Lifetime since 2006.
I have a heart for people and receive great fulfillment in helping others. I am so excited to share all that I have experienced and those things that have grown me in my lifetime.
I am a professional actress. This work I do is not strictly scheduled so teaching yoga is a perfect mix with my acting career.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I have a phone consult to access what your goals are, your experience and what you would like to receive from my services. This conversation allows us to ask questions of each other to see if we are a fit to move forward. This phone consultation usually takes an hour and has a small fee that is collected through venmo.
