About
Each choice we make builds upon our character and brings us closer to our best version of self. My classes encourage you to experience yoga with attention to awareness of the body, breath, and movement. Giving 100% in whatever it is you decide to do, even if that means sitting out of a few poses. Drawing upon my experience of 7+ years of practice and extensive yoga training (500 RYT, M.S. Yoga Therapy, multiple workshops, retreats, I think you get it....), I present a well-rounded vinyasa yoga class that practitioners of all levels can attend and enjoy.
Yoga is meant to be shared! I love how my students share their love of yoga and Begin to make their own tribe.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I love teaching beginners yoga because it provides a solid base for them to grow and learn! Typically I begin with seated postures and work them up to floor poses, followed by standing poses and eventually to balancing. I make it fun and enjoyable! Encouraging my students to go just a little further each time and soon they are impressed with their own progression!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been teaching yoga since 2012 and hold a masters degree in science of yoga therapy. I am a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and registered yoga teacher (500 RYT).
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Online lessons start at $25 and go up to $75, depending on duration and type
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching in gyms and martial arts studios and have since progressed to online lessons and corporate courses. I also had a small private in person practice before moving and hope to reopen one early next year.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
I have found many times in yoga that sometimes the student finds something different they are looking for as they learn yoga. It's ok to change goals and ask for something different from your instructor to meet your changing needs.
