Bethany is awesome! Whether it is personal lesson or a group setting, her class is the best you could get. I have been doing yoga for several years now and I have never found anyone better. Some days I am looking for a workout and some days I just need to calm down and find my center. She has always been able to tailor her session to meet exactly what I am needing. I could not rate her highly enough. An unequivocal five stars!

I like to call all prospective students and new students and talk to them about what their goals are, what kind of work they do, and what their hobbies are so that I can see if I am a great fit for them and to help get started on creating a great workout for them individually.
