Born in raised in St. Louis Missouri, where i played Football, basketball, Track & Field at Parkway North High school. I was fortunately blessed with the opportunity to play defensive back at the Divisional 1 level at Southeast Missouri State University. I have been a Athletic Performance trainer for 4 years now, which i really enjoy.

Typically i would like todo a introduction with the student or athlete. This gives me a chance to find out what exactly the skills my athletes wants to improve or build on.

Played division 1 football at Southeast Missouri state university. And was a 3 sport athlete in high school.
