I have trained a variety of clients in sports performance, weight loss, mobility and injury prevejntion, and wellness and Nutrition coaching.
My goal is to empower my clients through Nutrtion and exercise. I help my clients to create life long healthy habits while achieving their ideal dream physiques.
No fad cookie cutter programs here. I provide custom meal plans, resistance training, cardiovascular training, and flexibility programs made specifically for each individual client and their needs

With a new client we
1. Discuss and record goals, and the reasons behind why you are looking for a personal trainer and wellness coach.
2. Take body fat, weight and circumfrance measurements. Also movement assessments are done to see potentially tight or weak muscles that could effect performance.
3. Once The assements are done, we discuss nutrition. Where you are currently at, and discuss food and plan options that appeal to you.
4. With all that information gathered, I am able to write up your meal plan and program and be ready for first full workout session

Ive competed and placed top 5 in both NPC figure and bikini competitions, in the last 5 years and am currently training to compete in another figure competition. I believe in constant learning, expecially in the ever changing field of fitness and Nutrition. To stay on the top of my game I've done internships with some of the elite trainers all over the country and am constantly increasing my knowledge through seminars, books, and other classes. My passion for training came from a arough past. As a teenager and young adult I battled anorexia. At my lowest I got down to 79 lbs . . . And I'm 5"7 sooo I was a walking Skelton. My doctor informed me i would be lucky to live out the next month, i couldn't get up without passing out, had massive stress fractures in my feet and living off of an apple and universe juice everyday. After the docs diagnoses I dig my heels and decided gosh dangit I wanted to LIVE.
so I hired a trainer, yup, I hired a basic trainer at my local gym. He saved my life. He taught me to be strong not skinny, how to respect and love my body for the gift that it is, and how to take care of it properly. 1.5 years later I came out 55 lbs heavier and finishing up my ppersonal training cert. and working and internship with that very trainer

i recently funded and organized a weight loss competition for my clients. There would be two winners #1 for percentage of weight loss and #2 for inches loss
it was a 6 week competition and the come winner would get $300
my client Jannette took a vengeance to this competition and went all out for those 6 weeks. We had struggled in the past to stick to a meal plan and be consistant on her program, but her competitive fire was lit and she went for it.
At the end of 6 weeks she lost 18lbs and 5% bodyfat taking both catogories outright!! More importantly was the healthy lifestyle she had ingrained and developed over those 6 weeks. She hasn't stopped dropping and has kept up those habit. As she put it "once I fully committed my waist basically fell off"
Be honest and open with your trainer, let them know all your concerns, be completely upfront. He more information I get from a client the better I can support and help them through their journey
