What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Let us sit down for min and go over your goals. Let's draw up a plan of attack to get you to where you wanna go
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a person that use to carry a body fat % between 53-56% I know a thing or too of how to lose body fat. Been in the fitness industry for 30 years or so
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$125 personal training and if I have to travel for them it’s additional cost depending how far they are
How did you get started teaching?
I don't compete any longer but still have much love for the sport and want to pass on my lessons to others
What types of students have you worked with?
I’ve worked with kids from 8 years of age to 65. Some being more challenging then others due to past injuries. None the less, I can do it all.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure you feel comfortable with the coach. Make sure your able to feel communicate with him/her no matter how silly you think a question might be. The only silly question is the one you don't ask. You shouldn't have doubts and most importantly if you do you should feel comfortable asking them
