About this pro

I have had my own practice for many years before I really felt it in my whole being. After looking at my community I knew in my heart that I needed to help raise the love, energy and vibration of my community my husband and I decided to open a yoga studio in our small town. This way we could give people a space to truly find their practice and the union  between their mind and body. As we worked on making this space I went to set out to find a Yoga teacher training program. As they had all started already I was turned down everywhere I went. One night as I slept I dreamt of my studio and the logo and the name. It was coming to life so I didn’t give up. I found a Yoga teacher training program that took me in and let me make up what I missed. I’m consistently furthering my education with yoga workshops, retreats, etc. I’m so thankful that I am now able to bring all what I have learned and continue to learn to other and really show them how to find their practice and more. I am registered with Yoga Alliance®, 200hr RYT, 1000hr ERYT, getting my 300RYT now. My previous studio was in Tooele, my new studio space is in Southern Utah, in La Verkin UT.
