He recently taught a virtual cooking class I attended and it was phenomenal. He is able to break down steps to a great level of understanding - so everyone will succeed in completing the recipes.

From the first conversation I knew that I was working with a professional. He helped to pick a delicious menu that was appropriate for the time of year and the time of day. The menu was a perfect match for the celebration. He offered a wide variety of cuisines. We chose southern food. When it was hard to find the greens we wanted, he immediately called with a few options. He truly delivered with an amazing alternative, the most delicious kale. Our family and friends were impressed. It tasted just like my mom and I had stood in the kitchen for hours, but probably healthier! Chef prepped, cooked and stayed to serve. He left an immaculate kitchen as well. My husband and I felt so comfortable having him in our home and it felt as if he was one of the family.
