About
I get individuals into shape using boxing conditioning drills and basic fundamentals/techniques. Anybody can do this. So, while you are getting into shape , you ending up being able to protect yourself the correct way.
whether your purpose is for just getting in shape, want to box competitively or self preservation
Meeting the wide range of people I have trained, from little kids- retired military & 50+ year olds. But, honestly I enjoy being the individual that taught people the correct way, not no rush job.
This society is changing dramatically, so people must be properly prepared.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I believe it is a 3 month process to truly grasp the basics.
First month= basic forward/ reverse footwork. Learn to throw the single jab, double jab and triple jab. Learn the concept of levels
Second month= learn the 5 defensive moves(slipping, rolling, catching, parrying and pivoting). Then utilizing each one wit the jab variations
Third month= Learn proper lateral movement. Once learned, then utilize everything that has already been taught
And then I add more ingredients to the gumbo

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
when i first started training a female, we were about to use the punch mitts. She was all excited because she had used them before wit a kick boxing trainer, but clearly didnt know how to throw punches correctly,, so i had to show her.
As time progressed, we did a drill: it consisted of run down to a line, perform 1 push-up and then come back to me in your stance and throw the combo i tell u. She did, however, after she threw the combo she drops her hands away from her jaw--------so i lightly smack her(to her surprise).......i told whatever u throw your hands always return back home or this will be the conseqence......hahahaha.............trust me after that she learned the concept of reality
