I believe that wellness in an integrated process of physical activity, mental reflection, social engagement and emotional awareness. My programs utilize functional activities with specific strengthening and flexibility exercises to achieve balanced physical function. My goal is to help my clients discover the fitness activities that they find engaging and rewarding. Whether you are training for a competition or just training for life, I can get you on the right track. I have always been involved with athletics - starting with Karate as a young child then getting involved with Kick Boxing and Muay Thai. I competed for 11 years in light middle weight class. This led me to a path studying movement Science and Fitness and work with clients from different populations for the past 12 years.
