We professionalize in Boxing and Fitness. I have over 25 plus years of experience. We teach fundamentals as far as feet work and creating combinations that fit each person. Boxing is a skill and everyone has different skil levels however at TTG we bring the best out of each individual. We have created an environment that respect the sport of boxing. We encourage everyone to practice safety and always have a great attitude when learning. We also have a system that could take anyone that has no skill and give them the tools that's needed for boxing.
To be honest, looking at the process! I watch people confidence grow throughout each session. It's a joy to watch! Not being able to throw a correct punch to throwing combination is something to see! Priceless!
I really enjoy taking classes with coach. I am learning how to exercise and use follow through in my work outs to loose weight. I really enjoy the training.

We like to go bring them into the gym and have a walkthrough of the facility. After we like to have a sit down and go over safety. At this point we also sit down and have conversation about why they are here and what goals they would like to achieve. We ask do they have any questions or concerns and then we discuss boxing and fitness.

I started teaching because boxing it's my passion. I've boxed or started at the age of 6.
I've worked with all types of students from male to female both adults and children.
I also teach at one of the community gyms called East End Boxing. Just showing up and helping inner city kids have an outlet, seeing their faces when they learn a new technique or combination is the best feeling.
I would tell them to get to know that trainer and express to them what you want out of this and if you don't have an idea then trust the system that they create.
