This service is amazing. Most clients never had their body's professionally stretched. This service focuses on stress stored deep inside the muscles. This practice also focuses on mental stress as well from what the body creates.
I also work as a professional boxing and fitness trainer however adding stretch practitioner into the regiment has been awesome. I really enjoy seeing my clients reaction after 1 session.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
This is a mobile service and the location is at a home residence. We have a physical assessment to make sure that the body posture is aligned correctly before we start the professional stretching.

How did you get started teaching?
Actually, about two years ago, I was having knee problems and I went to physical therapy. I also went to different sources of medical assistance from chiropractor to even getting a shot. One day I found out about the Stretch loft and met Ben. This was the day my life change forever. I only had one professional stretch, and my knee pain went away. I remember like it was yesterday I ran 2 miles that same night and the rest was history. I found out that the stretch loft offered certification training courses. I completed my course and then I started my own business.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with all types of students from male to female both adults and children.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I also teach at one of the community gyms called East End Boxing. Just showing up and helping inner city kids have an outlet, seeing their faces when they learn a new technique or combination is the best feeling.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would tell them to get to have all the questions in the world.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
