Hello, I am Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), a Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS), a Weight Loss Specialist (WLS), I have a Group Exercise Certification (GExC) and I am a former World Boxing Association (WBA) Bantamweight World Champion. I have been involved in boxing since 1980 and I am passionate about helping clients reach their fitness goals.
I enjoy meeting new and exciting people . I also take pleasure in helping others reach their fitness goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Before our fitness professional can develop an individual exercise program for you, we will need for you to complete a pre-participation or medical screening questionnaire. This questionnaire will allow us to determine what fitness or health assessments need to be completed before you start your exercise program.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved with boxing since 1980. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, a Weight Loss Specialist, I have a Certification as a Group Exercise Instructor and I am a former WBA Bantamweight World Champion.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing involves different training sessions. We have pricing for Amateur Boxing, Professional Boxing, Personal Training Sessions, Evaluation & Assessment, Specialty Clinics and Boxing Fitness Bootcamp.
How did you get started teaching?
I have been involved with boxing since 1980 so it was only fitting to add the fitness components to my profile.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with clients who wanted to pursue a career in boxing and I have worked with clients who wanted to get in better shape.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I don't necessarily have a recent project that I am fond of because I enjoy working with and helping all clients.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
When hiring a fitness professional, make sure that the program that is developed for you is one that fits your needs and goals.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Clients should make sure that what the professional offers and what they are looking for matches.
