I need people who really want to change their current fitness level or combat skill level. To acheive this, I require my clients to be accountable for their journey. You need to have an 'All-In Mentality'
-Training block 1->4x1 hour training sessions: $150 paid in full up front. This investment is what gets my clients to make all of their training sessions.

I recently had one of my student start their own teaching/coaching at a local gym and it is so awesome to see someone take things you've taught them and then they teach it, in their own way to someone else.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are teaching you sound technique and fundemental. At the highest level, the basics are what seperate the best from everyone else.

-Do they ask about your needs?
-Do they have experience doing the sports they teach?
