About
I discovered how running impacts the quality of life in several ways. After a difficult time in my personal life, I found running a great release and confidence builder. As years passed I gained more knowledge by trail and error and thru the comraderie of fellow runners. I became an officer of Island City Runners and had a hand in coaching others and answering their questions. I am certified as a run coach by Road Runners Club of America and USA Track & Field. See some of the acitivities of my runners at a Facebook page named "The Run Team - East Contra Costa.
I am delighted when I hear from a client how one training tip has made running more enjoyable and productive.
