    $250 monthly for 2-3 times a week 1-2hr sessions.

    I became the Fitness Club President in college and always liked helping people so it came natural. 

    I have worked with weight loss goals, toning, muscle and strength gaining, boxers, & young athletes, groups of up to 30 or more.

    They are all special in their own way, I miss all everyone I have had the pleasure of working with. I don't just tell them what to do, I explain why and really give them my attention and energy.
