Simply Abundant Yoga
About
I have a strong ability to cater to each individuals needs and I also work well with teenagers and pre-teens. I am RYT 200 Certified and also have a certificate for The Art Of Yoga Project which uses Yoga and Art to support and empower marginalized teen girls. I have been working with young yogis for 2 years now and love teaching the youth. I have also been doing private lessons specializing in Vinyasa Flow and Gentle Yoga for the last two years.
My yoga practice focuses on the body, mind, and spirit and my life intention is to use yoga to serve the community for mindful living.
I now teach online using Zoom due to Covid-19 restrictions and the cold weather.
I truly enjoy serving people by teaching them yoga. I also enjoy learning about the body and using yoga for each individuals needs.
I like to express that Yoga is for everyone and anyone. Yoga is meant to be modified to fit each individuals needs and benefit them for positive outcomes.
The journey of practicing Yoga is so wonderful and I enjoy introducing that to others or helping them begin their own journey.
