I’ve been doing YOGA for 12 years , I’m trained in Vinyasa YOGA where breath is synchronized with movement.
This yoga style keeps you moving from asana to asana , linking each pose to an inhale and exhale.
This flow of movement is smooth and continuous, and this will help you to stay present during the session.
Yoga has brought positive changes in my life.
