About

Yoga means "to yoke" or "union" and it brings together the mind and body. Vinyasa is a breath to movement style of yoga, connecting your breath to your body as you move your body into different shapes. Yoga is for every body, you don't have to be flexible or be able to do a fancy backbend to do yoga. It's all about you and your journey and finding acceptance in that. My favorite part of yoga is the moving meditation, connecting the breath with the body. Reap all the benefits as I guide you through your practice and get lost in the magic of yoga with me. Music is my muse and I create my flows organically through the music playlists that I create. I love to make the body work and sweat and get a good full-body workout in but can also do a sweet slow flow and get deep into stretches. I am 200hr RYT. Find me on Instagram @movingwithmolli

I found yoga at a dark time in my life and it's helped guide me to be more present, less anxious, and accept myself. I have a light that shines within me that I want to share with everyone. After becoming a mother of two, I found myself depressed and very overweight. I struggled with anxiety and eating disorders. I told myself I was done with that life and needed to make a change. My friend actually introduced me to yoga. I was doing all types of workouts but the one that really stuck with me was yoga. I fell in love with the practice. It helped me become more focused, more motivated, less anxious, less angry. I learned to accept and love myself the way I am, and let go of all negative attachments. I had lost all the weight but had gained so much mental strength. I continue my practice to this day, every day varies on what I need for my body but I've learned to listen to it. I just want to teach and show others all that I've learned and we can all grow together.

Molli is an awesome yoga instructor, her style of teaching is unparalleled to any other yoga instructor I have ever worked with. She takes her times with adjustments and makes sure you are performing the right expression of each pose, Her positivity is contagious and she creates a safe container for her students to express themselves.

Molli is super passionate about what she does and that is quite apparent throughout the entire class. Her theming is spectacular and her cueing makes you feel comfortable and cared for. I loved her Star Wars themed class tying into Yin and Yang. She’s a new teacher but approaches each class like a seasoned pro.

She was amazing at giving gentle corrections for proper alignment in postures. It was like she was just speaking to me directly but the class was full of other people. You could tell she really put thought into the flow of the class as we were fully warm and ready for the moser advanced postures. Before class she asked my name and made me feel welcome.
