About
Haleli is a San Francisco based Yoga Instructor who shares practices to align the body, mind and soul. In doing so, she hopes to support you on your path towards integrated wellness and reaching your highest potential. I guide you to intentionally connect with your breathe, refine your poses with attention to alignment and offer you an invitation to transmute obstacles into opportunities.
I have found yoga to be... a safe space to breathe, a door to the present moment, a close friend that listens and a reflection of my current reality. It brings you home. Yoga is not only about the physical poses, it is the lens which everything enters through and is the eternal teacher for how we choose to receive and react to what shows up in each moment. The asanas (poses) present opportunities for us to practice how we want to respond once we step off of our mats and into the unknown. On the mat we find and build strength, softness, devotion, concentration, love and acceptance. My classes focus on your inner self awareness, asking you to {Pause. Breathe. Feel} and then to hold the space for whatever shows up without judgement and with a lot of LOVE.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start with a consultation to discuss intention setting and body history--any injuries/surgeries, and exercises they are used to. Then, I ask what they are currently going through in their life and in the bodies, and discuss their goals. I have a BA in Psychology, took Anatomy, and Physiology, and can offer specialized breathwork and movement to help target certain areas to promote relaxation, mobility, strength, and working towards whatever they desire to improve on! The possibilities are endless!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recieved my 200 hour certifiction in Bali, Indonesia in 2016.
In the summer of 2019, I went to Peru and got my 300 hour certifiction.
We covered hatha, yin, restorative, vinyasa, viniyoga, pranayama (breathwork), yoga therapy, the philosophy and much much more :)
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
