I offer an array of health finding modules. I teach all types of yoga but specialize in people who are finding their way back to health. If you have extra weight, an old injury or are just plain out of shape I can help you! I also offer sound as healing; playing many instruments among Crystal/Alchemy bowls & tuners.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will spend some time acessing where you're at; what your needs are and then we will work with props (blocks, blankets, bolsters, belts) to help you with body awareness.
