I am seriously so grateful for the privilege of working with Yoga with Bonnie Rhea. She has been consistently giving in a most experienced and talented manner. I have been in her classes every week for 3-1/2 years now. I keep thinking during class just how amazing it is to be the recipient of Bonnie Rheas knowledge of the body and her experience integrating yoga with that knowledge. Each class is different and she ties it all together in a real and present way. I have been in hundreds of her classes and I can say every one of them has been a safe place. Her love, concern for her students and her kindness comes through. Her voice is also so soothing. My dog passes out during every one of her classes the moment she starts speaking- just from listening to her voice. Her introducing me to Yoga Nidra has added a huge tool for my recovery from severe trauma and is benefitting me greatly.
I cant say enough and I truly mean every word and feel inadequate to fully express my gratitude for Bonnie Rhea and all she has given.

Bonnie Rhea is one of the best yoga teachers Ive had since arriving in San Diego. She is a true professional, especially kind and patient! What I love the most is her sensitivity to ones limitations. When needed, she will offer different ways of executing a particular pose so as not to cause harm. This is always appreciated. Her expertise in Yoga Nidra was new to me, but my mind and body quickly adapted. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in developing and sustaining a well rounded yoga practice to enroll in her Signature Class, followed by her Mindful Yoga and Yoga Nidra Class. You will learn from the best.

I have been a student of Bonnie for over 3 Years. I have found great benefits of her Yoga Nedra work as well as her group class work. I have tried a lot of thing to help with stress but her instructions have served me best. Take a chance on feeling better with an insightful yoga instructor.

She pays so much attention to what her class wants and addresses everyone’s needs. Her knowledge and understanding of the body and how to relax and stretch is so detailed. I never miss a class if I can help it.

I retired in 2016. Thru life's ups and downs, the one thing that was consistent in my life was my yoga practice.

When I retired, I looked around online for a gentle yoga training program, and i found an amazing place in La mesa, CA. I later became a Yoga Nidra Guide (discreet sleep with trace awareness) and offer meditation classes on a weekly basis. I continued with my yoga training @ SOUL OF YOGA INSTITUTE. I am now a E-RYT 500. I teach group classes at several locations.

All ages of students. I teach all levels, from general restorative to more active Hatha. Also, meditation.

Many of my clients have physical limitations, I have clients with anxiety concerns as well. I also have taught chair yoga to clients in retirement communities.

I recently had an amazing camping trip in the mountains. Practicing yoga where you can feel Mother Earth beneath your feet, feel the energy rising from the ground, thru the soles of your feet...all the way to the crown of your head is really incredible.

Take your time, talk to them, see if you get a good feeling about the person you're hiring. Take a session or two, before you commit to more. Ask them if package deals are available if you decide to purchase multiple classes or visits. Ask them about the cancelation policy in effect.

1.What time in my schedule can I commit to on a regular basis?

2.Can I find a schedule that won't find me sitting in traffic either way?

    3. What are my expectations? Are they long term or short term?

    4. What can I afford? How important is this part of my life to my overall journey?
