Bitchy Gal Yoga

My services are catered to mature women. I'm looking for gals who need to find themselves after spending decades of their lives giving, giving, and giving some more. Perhaps the kids have moved on and you are an empty nester. Or find yourself newly single after losing your partner or divorce. Or maybe you just feel kind of empty and lost as you navigate this phase of life, and find yourself wondering "What is my purpose?" or "What should I be doing with the rest of my life?"

You're not alone! Gal Power activate! My goal is to help other women help themselves. I do this by promoting intense self-care and immense self-love. Although most people find their way to yoga through the physical practice, it's so much more than that and the benefits of also subtly balancing the intellect, emotions, and spirit are incredibly profound.

My lessons combine practices from several yoga philosophies including Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, and Nidra to promote physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It is vital all areas of yourself be brought into balance, not only as you practice, but throughout your day-to-day living as well.

I've gone through and continue to experience the hard work of rediscovering myself after many years of mothering, wife-ing, working, surviving, just downright adulting. I know just how important it is for women in their middle years. I yearn to help other women through this journey as well.
