Diagnosed with depression, bipolar, ADHD, and anxiety as a young child only taught me that I was going against many odds when searching for happiness in my life. I spent a lot of time trying many ways in which I can manage them all only to find out in my journey that putting these labels on myself only hurt me even more. Finding the teachings of yoga has helped me heal years of trauma caused by a series of unfortunate events and the results of letting those labels define who I was. I know personally how hard it is to strugggle with mental illnesses and through continuous practice and seeking support, I have filled my cup up so that I can support and be in service for you wherever you are in your journey.
I enjoy the feedback that I receive from my clients. With this practice, you will receive more than endurance and flexibility. You will gain energy back, you will find passion, creativity, focus, love, and joy in the face of discomfort. You will learn more about yourself and that is the most satisfying feedback of my work.
