I am a Yoga Instructor (RYT-500 & E-RYT-200) and a Certified Reiki Healer. I specialize in modified yoga but am able to cater to all styles/different levels at the same time. I‘ve been helping clients navigate challenges with mindful modifications for over 5 years and have worked with every age group and various injuries. I am passionate about helping others in a safe space where they never feel judged by me! I come to your home and provide everything you need!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I have a short phone call to determine how I can best serve you. Then, I custom design flows for you based on your goals in yoga.

How did you get started teaching?
I struggled with severe anxiety. Yoga was a shining light in the dark for me and changed my entire life. Since beginning yoga teaching, my mission has been to be the bridge that connects my students to the amazing physical and mental effects of yoga.
What types of students have you worked with?
All levels. Vinyasa and Hatha.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I taught the grand opening of a yoga studio :) wonderful to connect and be a part of the team at a new business.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone who makes you feel comfortable and compliments your personality.
