Obviously bodybuilders will train differently than the overweight individual trying to lose weight. Whether its to build and develop muscle, lean out, lose bodyweight, burn fat, increase stamina and endurance, train for a competition, rehab, injury recovery, etc. i can do it all for you. We will work on a diet that is structured to your goal, design a cardio training regimen based on the goal as well.

What types of students have you worked with?
i have worked with bodybuilders, competitors, people who are looking to lose weight, lean out, build muscle, increase stamina and endurance, rehab, injury recovery, post pardum, disabled, elderly, etc. Pretty much everyone.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Dont price shop. You will get what you pay for. Most so called trainers do a lot of talking buy dont give a lot of results. Whether you hire me or someone else, always speak with a couple of trainers first and see how you feel about them. You need to feel confident in the trainer you are hiring. Remember you are paying alot of money for this service, make sure you feel comfortable with the person you hire.
