15 years of experience. Personal trainer, and professional fighter. Trained with the best in the world and under the best coaches in the world both boxing and Mixed martial arts. My passion is to give back what I have been taught through hard work and years of trial and error.
I am not just a personal trainer with certifications. But I am a coach overall. With knowledge of the body and I practice daily to help my athletes perform not only in their sports but in their lives.
I enjoy helping people grow, physically and mentally. To help coach someone who is looking to get better in life is my goal as a coach.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First day is a full assessment to see where the student is starting, from technique to fitness level.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree in Exercise Science, Professional athlete with multiple certifications for fitness of all levels.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes kids are typically lower price, adults are premium price, price depends on level of experience and or physcial demand on the coach.
How did you get started teaching?
I started coaching athletes in college. Moved to general public after college and once I started training both when I got into a big box training setting.
What types of students have you worked with?
From toddlers 3yrs old to professional athletes, all the way to in shape elderly students. Anyone who is willing to move their body and learn i've taught.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently worked with a group of kids from Australia who were in town and coach wanted them to try something different. We had a great weekend of training and it was an amazing expereince.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone willing to work with you not just physically but mentally. Someone who puts their all in their coaching and passion for the fitness and martial arts area. A good coach can help change your day, A great coach can change your life.
