Great coach my son looks forward every week for his training

Wantit Sports Development helped me take my quarterback skills to the next level. With drills for my footwork, mechanics, and timing, I saw great improvement in a short amount of time.

Napoleon is the best coach my son has ever had. He is patient and positive and a fantastic coach. My son had no football experience and now he is getting comments from other coaches about how good he is. My son can’t get enough training from him. We love him as a coach and trainer.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Progression on throwing mechanics. Fix what the athlete needs to become a better passer. Strengthen the hip, shoulder and arm to increase power and velocity. Work speed and running form to run faster. Work agility and footwork to more athletic.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

BA in Kinesiology and MA in Kinesiology. 16 years coaching and developing quarterbacks. Currently the freshman quarterback coach at Mater Dei High School.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

$80 if I have to travel and $60 if they come to my location. Also $50 - $40 for group sessions.

How did you get started teaching?

Got started because of my passion to help young athletes succeed and reah their goals.

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with athletes from 6 - 19 years of age.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I recently worked with a athlete who never played on the varsity team and was awarded an athletic scholarship to a division 2 school.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

There are hundreds of coaches to work with. I consider myself an excellent teacher. I would look for a teacher to have the right teaching methods to help each athlete at their level and have the knowledge to fix errors without crushing their confidence.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Whats is their experience. What education do they have. Who have they coached.
