My goal is to change the concept and mindset of how basketball is played and trained in the Central Valley.
I enjoy watching the growth and confidence of my players. Seeing there eyes light up when they get a move down or they hit a new milestone. It reminds me of when I was first learning to play and grow.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First workout I like to go through drills and identify your strengths and weaknesses. Then test your conditioning. Then talk about and show how I am going to make you better
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played top level basketball in High School and College. I played professional basketball for 12 years. I have study body mechanics and physiology and NASM certified as a trainer. Have played with and trained with some of the best. I know what it takes and how to get you there
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes I typically charge 40 per session. If the workouts are consistent. I do cut deals and breaks
How did you get started teaching?
Was training myself and had a few college kids join me. Then I just turned into there trainer and have been doing it since

I have worked with a lot of beginners or players that needed some help getting polished and learning upgraded moves
