Coach Cudequest definitely knows how to make a healthy meal a tasty one! He has given me tips on how to eat the right meals before meets, and what I can get my protein as well as my vitamins from. I have developed a "dinner before a meet" regular, and I always confide in him to assure that what I am eating will give me energy for the next day. The food he recommends gives me strength for his fun, yet challenging workouts!
I have been working with Coach Taylor for over a year now and I can honestly say the amount of growth and improvement I’ve had after my experience with him doesn’t compare to the other coaches I’ve had prior to #OnaCudequest Coaching. Before I received #OnaCudequest Coaching, I ran 12.2 in the 100, 25.6 in the 200, and 58.5 in the 400. Within 5 months of working with him, Coach Taylor had gotten each one of my times to drop at most 2 seconds. He got me to run 11.87 in the 100, 24.18 in the 200, and 56.09 in the 400 which blew my mind given the short amount of time I had worked with him. In addition to the improvement in my times, I also felt very energized and strong everyday when I worked out or competed due to the nutrition plan I was put on by Coach Taylor. This plan, I believe, also had a big impact on my performance and I don’t think I would’ve improved as much as I did if I wasn’t on it. Coach Taylor is extremely knowledgeable in his profession, very encouraging, and so determined to help anyone achieve their goals on and off the track. I thoroughly enjoy working with him and highly recommend #OnaCudequest Coaching to anyone looking to improve in Track and Field.
The things I liked about running (track and field)with Coach Taylor was that he always had patience, always making sure we did what we had to do and being motivational.
I have been working with Coach Taylor for almost a year training to compete in the men's outdoor pentathlon. Coach Taylor is a great teacher and mentor. He has helped me to develop and execute both a short term and long term training plan that includes conditioning, event techniques and strength components. He has also coached me at competitions and helped me with strategy. Coach Taylor is organized, professional and really cares about his athletes. I would strongly recommend him to athletes that are serious about improving their performance.
First, I assess how the client is feeling that day, whether they are sore or feeling 100% and ready to go. I would ask them how they are feeling. We would start with a dynamic warmup to get their hips, lower legs, and body feeling ready to workout. Then, depending on what the athletes needs are whether it is to increase their speed, be more explosive, getting a stronger core, or get more endurance we will work on whatever the athlete wants to develop. The workout portion might be focusing on technique or actually trying to get a workout in. Then after the workout portion of the plan is finished we will focus on stretching and the cool down to make sure the client can go home feeling great about the session and ready to go for the next one.
I work on CoachUp which is a very good private coaching website, check out my reviews to see how I do,

I charge my athletes 75 an hour, I am definitely worth my price.
I have done many sports growing up and I have always been good at being social and working with people. I want to give back by coaching and help other people achieve their dreams as I have.
All age groups
Make sure the coach you hire has a strong focus on technique. If you can't understand the fundamentals first you will hit a wall. You will not grow and achieve things in the long run.
Where you are located, what your budget looks like, if you are serious about training.
