C.R.E.A.T.E. is all about our name, and bringing in new opportunities for people of all ages to grow themselves in their ventures. Currently, we're a team of two coaches, Steven, who handles Pitching, Catching, and outfield, and Cole who coaches Infield and Hitting.
Steven also works with students and businesspeople alike, covering topics such as Business Operations and Sales/Marketing, Anatomy/Physiology, and other health science courses.
Steven and Cole have been coaching and playing together for a combined 15 years, and are looking forward to bringing what we have experienced into your future.
Steven is an ex-college student athlete whom graduated honors and with a Double Major in Kinesiology - Health Sciences & Psychology - Industrial and Organizational - From Georgetown College in 2017. While at Georgetown, Steven achieved the award for Most Outstanding Health Science Major in his graduating class unanymously by his professors. Since graduation, Steven has been working in the medical devices field and has elevated his position in the industry by making specific, decisive, strategic moves to place himself in a prominant position in any organization. Steven also coaches a youth baseball Club Team and gives private pitching, hitting, and position instruction. Steven is CPR/First Aid Certified, as well as Concussion Protocol Certified.
Cole is an ex college student athlete as well, completing his education at CSUF with a degree in Business Administration and Management. Cole has been a nationally ranked recruit for in fielding and hitting by Perfect Game, as well as a nationally recognized member of several championship teams. Cole is BlastMotion Certified and provides blast motion hitting lessons, as well as providing BlastMotion technology to players for use on their own.
Both Steven and Cole have been providing one on one lessons and coaching for a combined 15 years, giving them the unique ability to understand that coaching is much more than simply teaching students and players what to do - the how, why, and when is just as if not more important. They want to give you the tools to succeed!
We've always been providers - for eachother, for family, friends, you name it. We're taking the skills and lessons we've learned through being in these positions and helping establish routines, expectations, accountability, and a desire to better ones self.
We can see no better use of experiences than to teach and provide knowledge to others.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
All lessons and classes will cost 55/hr for individuals and will cost 30/person when working in groups. Maximum number in groups will vary based on lesson type (baseball, business or schooling)
How did you get started teaching?
I've always been an educator, whether through peer to peer mentoring, tutoring, or through learning how deep a passion I have for Coachingz
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with players aged from 8-22 for athletics, and people of all ages for business, schooling, or life experience.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be sure your teacher is able to explain things in a way that make sense to the student/athlete
