Restorative yoga for your back is for beginners which focus on breathing, balance and core strength.  By lengthening muscles while breathing deeply, one can improve brain,respiratory and circulatory functions, creating a greater sense of well-being. Specific exercises are designed to stretch muscles which pull and strain the back.

Jenn can assist you with yoga or functional resistance training to keep your muscles strong !

My certifications are with NASM, National Association of Sports Medicine , ( senior fitness specialist,  integrated flexibility specialist sports and performance specialist ) as well as AAFA, American Aerobic  Fitness Association ,NCSF, National  Council of Strength and Fitness. 

I worked with 24 Hour Fitness For 12 years and almost 6 years on my own as Ypir Fitness Genie.

As a Senior Fitness Trainer for the last 17 lyears,  I have gained such joy working with older active adults.  To see sn older active group of people, functioning well through strengthening their core and keeping their muscle tone,  allowing greater freedom and independence makes me feel I’m making a good change for the quality of their life.
