I believe whole heartedly in the yoga classes we provide. I(Kathryn Body) have been a yoga practitioner for over 20 years. I have been instructing yoga for over 10 years now to individuals of all ages. All of our instructors have gone through formal training. The students are in really good hands with us. To see a client show up and take care of their own health and well being in a supported safe environment is why I provide this space.
