I am an American Council on Exercise (ACE)

Certified personal trainer and I specialize in mobility, stability, strength, and athletic performance training. I have 6 years of fitness industry experience and bring a professional workout to your home or local park. I bring all the equipment we need, barbells and weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, bosu balls, stability balls, and bands. I love assisting my clients to achieve their unique health and fitness goals. 1 of my male clients has let go of 30lbs of unwanted weight and put on 10lbs of lean muscle mass in a year of working with me. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology so I understand how the body works and the correct way to train it to maximize the results.

    I’ve been working with David for about six months now and I can’t say enough about how easy he has made my transition into weightlifting. His plans are always changing so I don’t get bored and he sends along great YouTube videos to make sure I understand all of the exercises. Results wise I have so much more tone and definition! I look strong but more importantly I’m getting stronger! David is super responsive when I have an injury and works around it but also works to strengthen the muscles to help me heal and prevent another injury.

    I am 69 years old and had spinal fusion surgery on three lumbar discs in 2013. Additionally, I recently was injured and was limited in all of my usual fitness activities for 12 weeks. A friend recommended David.
    I have not been injured since I started working with David, and I have been able to return to running, yoga and swimming. David fine-tunes his workouts for my personal needs, without sacrificing quality. He is extremely professional and also personable. He brings all equipment needed and no two workouts are alike. He is punctual, no-nonsense, down to business.

    I Love going to the Health and Fitness Expo in Las Vegas every year. It's amazing to be around so many people that are dedicated to living a fit life. It's also nice to see all the vendors and new industry things and techniques that come out each year. 

    Make sure they are a good fit for you. Check their background and make sure their style matches with yours. Ask them detailed questions on their methodology to their programming.
