Thomas Fessler has taught a combined total of over 200 in studio classes serving the Ocean Beach and Cosmic Flow communities. He loves teaching students of all levels and has many exotic and advanced medatative techniques to enhance and supplement any practice.
Thomas is a graduate of the Kundalini Research Institute, a student of eastern medicine, and a Certified Medatative Healer. He holds a degree from UC Davis in biotechnology, and has experience from the neuroscience industry.

Thomas is a very knowledgeable teacher and healer. His preparation is thorough, he is very thoughtful with his words, he has the unique ability to lead a class from the heart and hold them captive while creating a safe space and a structured container for growth. Classes are paced very well and he has a deep understanding of the appropriate energy curve within a class for students to go deep. Thomas is also a gifted multi-modality healer and works with ease and intuition.
