Deeply Dimensional
About
I provide the tools for you to dive deeper in the relationship with your body, mind, and soul and approach life from a holistic view point. Some of the tools are aromatherapy, healy eating and probiotics, music therapy, yoga flows and postures, mantras and meditations, and more. I have been studying healing arts for about twelve years now and am deeply in love with yoga especially.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I begin with a free 30 minute consultation where we discuss goals, set backs, and the method of approach. Here we will also discuss finances and find out if we are a good fit for each other or if I should refer to someone else. Then we will follow our program, and sessions will usually last between 45 minutes to two hours depending on our approach.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training in non-violent communication, conflict resolution, peace intervention, 200 hour yoga teacher training through Pilgrimage of the Heart, about to go for my 500 hours through Shiva Rae, Reiki Certification, aromatherapy, as well as holistic eating and gut health.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
It depends on the methods we decide upon but usually 80$ a session but am willing to work with those who have a passion to enhance their life as well as be flexible.
How did you get started teaching?
I always loved to share anything that came through to my friends and family, eventually just naturally started to teach those I meet and decided I enjoyed the sharing and learning that I recieve when in this position.
What types of students have you worked with?
Beginners, intermediates, back issues and candida especially as well as hips and legs.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure you are compatible before starting any kind of program. Always have open communication and know that if he fit isn't right, it's your time and your body and you must respect that.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What has their history been like, what is their everyday life, how do they eat, how do they move, what do they believe in a sense of reality.
